500 ml milk
3 eggs
100 g sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
50 g sugar (for caramel)
Instructions:
Melt 50 g sugar in a pan until golden caramel forms. Pour into ramekins.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla, and warm milk.
Pour over the caramel.
Bake in a water bath at 160°C (320°F) for 40-45 minutes.
Chill, then flip to serve.

Ingredients:
200 g dark chocolate
100 g butter
150 g sugar
3 eggs
100 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Melt chocolate and butter together.
Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Mix in chocolate.
Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until set but moist inside.
