Thoroughly mix all vegetables in a large bowl.
Bring vinegar, water, sugar, salt, mustard seeds and peppercorns to boil in a pot.
Pour the hot brew over vegetables and mix well.
Fill in sterile glasses, close tight and turn upside down for 5 minutes.
Let cool and store in a cool place.

Be sure to use hot liquid for durability.
Defrost glasses before filling.
