Coconut Lime Fish Soup

Sauté aromatics:
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and sliced chili peppers. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the onion is translucent.

Add broth and coconut milk:
Pour in the fish or vegetable broth and coconut milk, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
