Classic Apple Pie

Ingredients:
For the Pie:
4 eggs
180g (1 cup) sugar

100g (3.5 oz) melted butter
200ml (3/4 cup + 2 tbsp) milk
370g (3 cups) flour

10g (2 tsp) baking powder
2 apples, unpeeled and diced
For the Topping:
60g (1/3 cup) sugar
60g (1/2 cup) flour
45g (3 tbsp) cold butter
