Instructions:

Assemble the cake: Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared bundt pan, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the batter. Then, spoon the remaining cake batter into the pan, spreading it out gently to cover the cinnamon layer. Finally, sprinkle the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
Swirl the cinnamon: Use a knife or a skewer to swirl the cinnamon-sugar mixture through the cake batter in a marbled pattern. Be careful not to overdo it—just a few gentle swirls will do the trick!
Bake the cake: Bake the cake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean (or with a few moist crumbs). If the cake begins to brown too much on top, cover it loosely with aluminum foil during the last 15 minutes of baking.
Cool the cake: Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then carefully invert it onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
