Cinnamon rolls the best recipe I’ve ever made

Preparation

First mix the flour, dry yeast, salt, 75 g sugar and cardamom dry.

Then heat 80 g butter and milk and mix everything together, knead, cover and leave to rise for 30 minutes.

Next roll out and coat with a mixture of 40 g melted butter, 50 g sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon.

Then roll into a roll and cut off 2 cm thick slices.

Then brush with egg or milk and bake in an unheated convection oven for 20 minutes at 180-200 degrees.

Tastes best when warm.
