Churros with Sugar and Cinnamon

When the water starts to boil, remove it from the heat and add the flour all at once, stirring well with a wooden spoon until you obtain a homogeneous dough. Let it cool slightly.

Pour plenty of oil into a frying pan over medium-high heat. Then, fill the churros with the dough you have obtained.

When the oil is hot, pour the dough into the pan, cutting it with scissors to the desired size.

Brown the churros on both sides and remove them. Place them on a plate lined with kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil.

When the churros are lukewarm, sprinkle them with sugar and cinnamon. Delicious!
