Grind the biscuits in the mixer until they become powder. Pour them into a bowl, add the cocoa powder and mix. Also add the condensed milk and mix with a wooden spoon until you get a soft mixture.
Form small balls of dough and place them on a plate covered with cling film. Leave to harden in the refrigerator. In the meantime, prepare the icing: heat the crème fraîche and pour it over the chopped chocolate. Mix until you obtain a smooth cream.
Dip the balls in the chocolate glaze, place them on a tray and let them cool. Decorate the chocolates with the remaining glaze. Your cookie truffles are ready to be served
Advise :
You can sprinkle the chocolate and biscuit truffles with coconut flour or chopped hazelnuts, immediately after dipping them in the glaze. If you prefer, you can also make the glaze with white chocolate, or make it half dark and half white.
