Chocolate tiramisu truffles are no-bake sweets,
👩🍳 Preparation
Prepare the dough: Finely crumble the ladyfingers (you can use a mixer or put them in a freezer bag and crush them with a rolling pin). In a bowl, combine the ladyfingers crumbs with the powdered sugar, cold coffee and mascarpone. Mix well until you get a smooth mixture. Form the truffles: Take small portions of dough and shape into balls. If you want, you can insert a heart of hazelnut cream inside each ball.
Cool: Arrange the truffles on a tray and place them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, so that they harden.
Prepare the topping: Melt the milk chocolate, dark chocolate and seed oil together in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Mix until smooth.
Coat the truffles: Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate, rolling to coat completely.
Decorate and serve: Roll the truffles in bitter cocoa powder or chopped hazelnuts, if desired. Return to the refrigerator to let the chocolate harden.
