Chocolate Cobbler is the ultimate dessert for chocolate lovers. This gooey, rich treat is like a molten lava cake combined with a pudding, topped with a layer of cake-like cobbler. It’s an easy, indulgent recipe perfect for satisfying a sweet tooth or serving as the grand finale for any meal.

Ingredients:
For the Batter:

1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup whole milk
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Topping:

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
For the Sauce:

1 1/2 cups hot water
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch baking dish.

Prepare the Batter:

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar, and cocoa powder. Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared dish.

Add the Topping:

In a separate bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cocoa powder. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the batter.

Pour the Sauce:

Slowly pour the hot water over the topping. Do not stir; this will create the gooey chocolate sauce layer as it bakes.

Bake:

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is set and begins to crack, but the cobbler is still jiggly from the sauce underneath.
