Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Bombs

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
Mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool in pan before cutting into small squares.
Make the Cookie Dough:

Cream together butter and brown sugar. Mix in vanilla, then fold in flour and milk until combined. Stir in mini chocolate chips.
Take a small amount of cookie dough and wrap it around each brownie square, forming a ball.
Coat with Chocolate:

Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together. Dip each brownie bomb into the chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
Place on a parchment-lined tray and chill until set.
