Chocolate Chip Banana Oatmeal Cookies

Mix Bananas: In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

Combine Dry Ingredients: Add the rolled oats, almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt to the mashed bananas. Stir until everything is well mixed.

Add Sweetness: Pour in the honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.

Fold in Chocolate: Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

Scoop Cookies: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a spoon to scoop out the cookie dough and place it on the baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Cool Down: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
