Chocolate Cheesecake

A delightful pudding cake that’s creamy and sweet, perfect for impressing your guests!

Ingredients
1 liter milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
180g sugar
70g cornstarch
2 egg yolks
55g butter
1 egg
2 tablespoons sugar (for topping)
Directions
1. Prepare the Pudding
In a saucepan, combine the milk, vanilla extract, sugar, cornstarch, egg yolks, and butter.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
Pour the mixture into a mold and let it cool.
2. Top and Bake
Beat the egg and mix in the 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Brush the egg mixture over the cooled pudding.
Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
