Grease and flour three round molds, spread the cake mixture on top and bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, leave to cool on a rack and remove from the mold.
For the cream, beat the 5 egg yolks with the sugar and add the cornstarch and the chocolate dissolved in the milk.
Place on the stove and stir with a whisk until you get a thick mixture.
Remove and place a transparent plastic film over it to prevent cream from forming.
Place a cake on a plate, spread the cream on top and sprinkle with chopped nuts, place another layer of cake on top, more cream and nuts, finally the last layer and decorate the whole cake with the cream.
Decorate with the whole nuts.
