1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare the Chicken
- In a large baking dish, arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper and herb and garlic seasoning.
3. Add Cream Cheese Mixture
- In a small bowl, mix the green onion cream cheese with chicken broth until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
4. Add Spinach and Cheese
- Layer the fresh baby spinach on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the spinach.
5. Bake
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and cheese is melted.
- Remove foil in the last 5 minutes of baking for a golden, bubbly finish.
6. Serve
Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy hot!
