On a board, cut the chicken breast into thin slices.
Place the chicken in a bowl and add the paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, melted butter, oil and orange juice. Mix well and let marinate for 15 minutes.
Thread the chicken slices onto two skewers, placing 7 to 8 pieces on each. Repeat the process with all the chicken.
Place the skewers on a narrow tray so that they don’t touch the surface too much.
Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. Then, remove the skewers, turn them over and bake for 10 more minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the chopped garlic, chopped parsley and melted butter in a bowl.
Remove the skewers from the oven and brush them with the butter, garlic and parsley mixture.
Ready to enjoy!
