Chicken shawarma recipe

Instructions
Wash and cut the vegetables into thin strips and set aside

Wash the chicken and then cut it horizontally into 4 pieces. Each piece should be about ½ inch thick.

Season the chicken, mix thoroughly then leave in the fridge to marinate for 30 – 45 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of Mamador Pure Vegetable Oil to a frying pan on medium-high heat. Take the chicken out of the fridge and place in the pan. Cook chicken for 2-3 mins until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Shred into smaller pieces, and set aside. Now time to put it all together. Place pita bread on foil paper and place a combination of the sliced vegetables on it. Add the shredded chicken on top, scoop on Mayonnaise and Ketchup and sprinkle on a little dry pepper Wrap with the foil paper. Repeat the process with the other 5 pieces of pita bread. Place the wraps in the pan and let it heat for 5 minutes.
