Chicken Sausage & Spinach Tortellini Soup

Salt and black pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Cook sausage slices until browned, then set aside.
In the same pot, sauté onion and garlic until softened.
Add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Stir in tortellini and cook according to package instructions.
Add sausage and spinach, simmering until spinach wilts.
Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
