Chicken Patties

Ingredients:
– 1 pound ground chicken
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
– 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper (any color)
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 egg, beaten
– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried parsley)
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
– 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)

Instructions:
Prepare the Mixture:
– In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, bell pepper, garlic, beaten egg, parsley, salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Shape the Patties:
– Divide the mixture into 6-8 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 1/2 inch thick.
