Ingredients:

1 cup (100 g) shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
½ cup (120 ml) unsweetened almond milk (or any low-carb milk)
2 large eggs
¼ cup (60 ml) olive oil or melted coconut oil
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried Italian herbs (like oregano or basil)
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Optional: ½ cup (75 g) diced veggies (spinach, bell peppers, zucchini, or green onions)
