Cheese & Garlic Muffins

Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.
Grease a 12-hole muffin tin.
Combine flour, cheese, garlic, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
In another bowl, whisk together oil, egg, and milk.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Spoon mixture into muffin tin.
Bake for 22-25 minutes or until golden and a skewer inserted comes out clean.
Cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
