Check out ‘Pork Chop Supreme’ – my hubby feels like royalty every time he digs in!

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops on both sides until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from heat.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and thyme, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in the cream of onion soup and French onion soup mix, combining well to create the sauce.
Grease a baking dish and layer the bottom with thinly sliced potatoes.
Place the seared pork chops on top of the potatoes.
Pour the garlic cream sauce over the pork chops and potatoes, ensuring everything is covered.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Let the dish rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
