In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the melted butter, milk, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Then gradually add the flour, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. The mixture should be fluid and smooth.
2๏ธโฃ Filling the molds:
Preheat the oven to 180ยฐC. Prepare silicone cupcake liners (as shown in the photo). Fill each cup about 3/4 full with batter.
3๏ธโฃ Baking:
Place the cupcake cases in the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, until the cupcakes have risen and are lightly browned. Please note: During baking, the cookies may sink slightly. This is completely normal!
4๏ธโฃ Decorating:
Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack. Once they have cooled, sprinkle them generously with icing sugar.
