To prepare you will need the following ingredients:
egg, 1 piece;
apple, 1 piece;
flour, 150 g;
milk, 140 g;
vegetable oil, 60 ml;
baking powder, 8 g;
vanillin to taste;
apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon;
sugar, 3 heaped tablespoons.
Cooking process
Peel the apple and cut it into 5 to 7 mm thick slices. Using a shot glass, squeeze out the center with the seeds.
