Cajun Shrimp Fried Rice

Sauce:

-2 tablespoons soy sauce
-1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional, for extra heat)
-1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Oils and Seasoning:

-2 tablespoons vegetable oil (or any neutral oil)
-1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional, for flavor)
-Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1.Season the Shrimp:
Toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning and set aside.

2.Cook the Shrimp:
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

3.Cook the Vegetables:
In the same skillet, add the remaining oil.
Add the onion and bell pepper, Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Stir in the garlic, cooking for another minute until fragrant.

4.Add the Rice:
Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the cold rice.
Stir-fry the rice, breaking up any clumps, for about 2-3 minutes.

5.Mix in the Sauces:
Combine the soy sauce, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl, then pour over the rice.
Toss everything together until the rice is evenly coated and heated through.

5.Combine Shrimp and Vegetables:
Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and mix with the rice and vegetables.
Add frozen peas and carrots (if using), cooking for another 2 minutes until heated through.
