Butternut Squash Stuffed with Chicken and Melted Cheese ๐Ÿง„๐ŸŒฟ


Pre-cooking the butternut: Cut the squash in half, hollow it out and bake in the oven at 180ยฐC for 30-40 minutes.
Chicken stuffing: In a pan, heat the oil and fry the onion, garlic and chicken until golden brown. Season with thyme, salt and pepper.
Assembly: Scrape a little flesh from the butternut, mix it with the chicken mixture and fill the cavities. Sprinkle generously with grated cheddar.
Gratining: Place in the oven for 15 minutes to brown the cheese.
