Toppings: cashew nuts or any nuts (optional)
Note: If you don’t want eggs, you can substitute with 1/2 cup buttermilk.
Steps:
In a bowl, add melted butter, oil, sugar and mix.
Add eggs, vanilla, and mix.
Add cocoa powder, baking powder and flour.
Mix until blended. Do not overmix.
Top with cashews. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
