3 big eggs
1 cup of oats, which can be gluten-free if needed.
Half a cup of crushed flax seeds

Directions:
Heat the oven before using it.
Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C) before using it. Cover the inside of a bread pan with parchment paper or a small amount of oil.
