Bowtie Pasta with Ground Beef 🍝🍅

1️⃣ Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

2️⃣ In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, cooking for 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.

3️⃣ Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

4️⃣ Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-10 minutes to meld flavors.

5️⃣ Lower the heat, pour in the heavy cream, and stir until well combined. Add the shredded cheese, mixing until melted and creamy.

6️⃣ Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, coating it well in the creamy beef sauce. Heat for an additional 2-3 minutes.

7️⃣ Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
