1 cup of warm water (not boiling)
Juice of half a lemon
1 small piece of fresh ginger (grated or sliced thinly)
1/4 teaspoon of ground turmeric or a small piece of fresh turmeric
1 teaspoon of natural honey (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions:
Heat water until it’s warm but not boiling.
Add the lemon juice, ginger, and turmeric.
Stir well, allowing the flavors to infuse for a couple of minutes.
Add honey if you like, and enjoy while it’s warm.
