Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls

In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined. Set aside.
Assemble the Rolls:

On a clean surface, lay out a sheet of plastic wrap. Spread a thin layer of the graham cracker mixture, then evenly spread the cream cheese mixture on top. Add the blueberry pie filling, distributing it evenly. Carefully roll up the mixture using the plastic wrap to form a tight roll. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
Add the Topping:

Before serving, slice the rolls into pieces and place on a serving dish. Top with whipped cream, blueberry sauce, and a drizzle of white chocolate.
