βοΈ Place the bananas, peanut butter, milk, honey and vanilla extract in a blender and mix until smooth.

βοΈ Pour the mixture into a bowl or glass and add chia seeds.
βοΈ Mix everything well and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then stir again (to avoid lumps).
3οΈβ£ Cooling
βοΈ Leave in the fridge for 3-4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the chia seeds to swell and the pudding to thicken.
4οΈβ£ Decorate and serve
βοΈ Pour the pudding into glasses and garnish with banana slices, chopped nuts and a little peanut butter.
