Banana nut muffins recipe

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a muffin tin with paper liners. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, sugar, vegetable oil (or melted butter), beaten egg, and vanilla extract until well blended. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix. Gently fold in the chopped nuts.

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean. Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
