Banana Caramel Cupcakes with Caramel Cream Cheese Frosting

1 recipe of Salted Caramel Cream Cheese Frosting (use caramel sauce from above)
Optional Garnishes:

Toffee bits
Extra caramel sauce
Fresh banana slices
Instructions:

Prepare Caramel Sauce:
Make and chill your caramel sauce while prepping the cupcakes.

Make Banana Cupcakes:
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a cupcake pan with 17 liners.
In a large bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
In a mixer, beat butter, sugars until light and fluffy. Add oil, sour cream, and vanilla.
Mix in eggs one at a time. Slowly add dry ingredients. Fold in mashed bananas.
Fill cupcake liners ⅔ full and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Make Frosting:
Prepare salted caramel cream cheese frosting. Substitute homemade caramel if desired.

Assemble Cupcakes:
(Optional) Core cupcakes and fill with caramel sauce.
Pipe caramel cream cheese frosting on top and roll in toffee bits.
Drizzle extra caramel sauce and garnish with banana slices.
