Banana Cake Roll

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 10×15 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
In a large bowl, beat eggs and granulated sugar until thick. Mix in mashed banana and vanilla.
Gradually blend in the dry ingredients. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake for 12-15 minutes. Immediately roll the cake using the parchment paper and cool for an hour.
For the filling, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla until smooth. Unroll the cake and spread the filling, then re-roll.
Chill before serving, dust with powdered sugar.
