– Cut cooled sponge into 1-inch (2.5cm) squares.
– Dip each square into chocolate icing (see below).
– Roll in coconut to coat.
Chocolate Icing:
– 1 cup (200g) unsalted butter, softened
– 2 cups (400g) powdered sugar
– 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
– 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions for Icing:
1. Whisk butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add cocoa and milk; mix until smooth.
