Apple Snickerdoodle Dump Cake

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Spread the apple pie filling evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cinnamon over the apples for extra flavor.
Evenly sprinkle the yellow cake mix over the apple pie filling. Do not stir; just spread it out in an even layer.
Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix, trying to cover as much of the surface as possible.
In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon. Sprinkle this cinnamon-sugar mixture over the top of the cake.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the apple filling is bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
Serve warm, optionally topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream. Enjoy this sweet, comforting treat!
