Pineapple and Cheese Cake
Add the sifted flour and baking powder and beat again until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Next, peel the apples and cut them very thinly, preferably with a mandolin.
Then, put them in the bowl with the mixture that we have prepared previously and stir gently, with a spatula and circular movements.
Grease a mold with butter and lightly flour it. Then put the mixture in the mold and bake, with the oven previously preheated to 180º C, for about 40 minutes.
After this time, remove the mold from the oven and unmold the cake when it is still slightly warm. If you wish, you can decorate it with flaked almonds on top. Delicious!
