Instructions:
1. Whisk together flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon to create a smooth batter. Let rest for 15 minutes.
2. In a pan, melt 2 tbsp butter and sauté the sliced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon until soft (about 5 minutes).
3. In a non-stick pan, pour a thin layer of batter, swirling to cover the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until golden. Repeat with remaining batter.
4. Fill each crepe with the sautéed apple mixture, fold, and garnish with powdered sugar.
