Anti-Inflammatory Juice Recipe

Wash all ingredients thoroughly, especially the spinach and celery.

Core the apples and chop all ingredients into smaller pieces if needed for your blender or juicer.

Peel the lemon and ginger if blending. If juicing, you can leave the lemon peel on for an extra zing.

Juice everything using a juicer
â OR blend it all in a high-powered blender with a little cold water (about 1/2 cup), then strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag for a smoother drink. -
Serve immediately over ice or chilled. You can garnish with a sprig of parsley or mint for freshness!
