Almond Custard Cake

A lovely delicacy, this Almond Custard Cake has a light and airy almond cake layered with a rich and velvety vanilla custard filling. A single egg
Fifty grams of sugar
For 10 grams of vanilla sugar, you may use 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, or 10 grams of ordinary sugar.
15% cornstarch, 15 grams
Milk, 250 milliliters, for the cake:
Two Eggs
sugar, one pinch of salt, one hundred milliliters of milk
1/2 cup of vegetable oil and 170 grams of flour
Baking powder, 1 teaspoon worth
50 milligrammes Almonds, Ground
Sliced almonds, 50 grams (to use as a topping)
Sugar, powdered (for garnishing)
