Butter: 75g (⅓ cup)
Sugar: 75g (¼ cup + 2 tbsp)
Milk: 80ml (⅓ cup)
Lemon juice: 1 tsp
Plain flour: 25g (3 tbsp)
Almond flour: 110g (1 cup)
Almond essence: ½ tsp
For the Icing Drip:

Powdered sugar: ½ cup
Milk: 1 tbsp
