Air fryer garlic parmesan chicken

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
In a shallow dish or bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and trim off any excess fat.
Lightly brush or spray both sides of each chicken breast with olive oil or cooking spray.
Dredge each chicken breast in the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, making sure to coat it evenly on all sides.
Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket or on the tray in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
Cook the chicken in the preheated air fryer for about 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165°F (74°C).
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Serve the garlic parmesan chicken with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, salad, or pasta.
