Ingredients:
5 garlic cloves (crushed)
3 sprigs fresh rosemary (or 1 tablespoon dried rosemary)
½ cup olive oil or coconut oil
1 teaspoon beeswax (optional, for a creamier texture)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat the Oil – In a small pot, warm the olive/coconut oil over low heat.
2️⃣ Infuse the Ingredients – Add crushed garlic and rosemary to the oil. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes (don’t overheat to preserve nutrients).
3️⃣ Strain & Store – Remove from heat, strain the oil, and pour it into a clean glass jar.
4️⃣ Cool & Apply – Let it cool completely before using.
