½ cup (75 g) toasted pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients:
1 ¼ cups (310 ml) buttermilk, room temperature
1 large egg, room temperature
¼ cup (60 ml) oil (e.g., vegetable, canola, or olive oil)
¼ cup (80 g) honey
Topping:
½ tablespoon black sesame seeds
½ tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon toasted sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon toasted pumpkin seeds
Directions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
