Lamb Chops with Mustard Thyme Sauce

Ingredients:

8 lamb chops
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried thyme)
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions:

Prepare the Lamb Chops:

Season both sides of the lamb chops with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the lamb chops to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove the lamb chops from the skillet and set them aside.
