125 ml freshly brewed espresso
2 tbsp cocoa powder
150 g dark chocolate couverture
150 ml sunflower oil
2 eggs (size M)
200g flour
200g brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of nutmeg
Some butter for the mold
FOR THE GLAZE
100g cream
1 tbsp softened butter
100 g whole milk couverture
1 tbsp cocoa powder
