Black cabbage pesto

Ingredients (for about 4 servings)
200 g black cabbage (leaves only, without the veins)
50 g almonds (or walnuts, depending on your preference)
50 g grated parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic
3-4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Juice of half a lemon
Salt and pepper to taste.
