Shredded Chicken Gravy on Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:
For the Shredded Chicken:
. 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)
. 1 cup chicken broth
. 1 cup cream of chicken soup
. 1 tsp garlic powder
. ½ tsp onion powder
. Salt and pepper to taste
For the Mashed Potatoes:
. 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
. ½ cup milk
. 4 tbsp butter
. Salt and pepper to taste
