Delicious Banana Bread

– Great! I made some adjustments so I could have a piece (or two) with my family and enjoy it. I used Best Life instead of butter for baking, 1/2 cup of splenda blend, nonfat sugar-free vanilla yogurt instead of sour cream, and I used only whole wheat flour. After reading Naples’ review, I included a teaspoon of lemon juice and a teaspoon of baking powder. Finally, I had three ripe bananas, so I used all three and mashed them instead of slicing them. My favorite thing about this recipe was that even though I used only whole wheat flour, this banana bread was the moistest I’ve ever had! Yummy! Thank you for sharing your recipe. Your suggestions really helped me improve my dish!

Amazing. Oh, that’s amazing. Luxurious, yet gentle…an excellent bread. After reading reviews, I decided to follow the advice of Naples34102, who recommended using soft butter (not melted) and a teaspoon of lemon juice. I believe this will fix the problem of bananas turning brown that some people have had. I have to confess, my bread has only been out of the oven for half an hour… I was eager to try it out. Amazing. It’s really great! I understand why people eat the entire bread loaf immediately! I put chopped nuts on only one half of the bread for my coworkers who don’t like nuts. I am confident that this will be very popular! I used low-fat sour cream.
